Cellulite and my Corn Chowder butt
Cellulite aka "corn chowder butt" or "cottage cheese thighs" We all hate it...Right? Cellulite is a term coined in European salons and spas to describe deposits of dimpled fat found on the thighs and buttocks of many women. Cellulite is very common. Cellulite is not caused by factors related to weight gain per se'. Cellulite is merely one of those weird things that happens to the body we don't particularly like, akin to wrinkles, liver spots and acne. Cellulite is something that appears, mainly in women, over time, but men can certainly be affected by cellulite as well. Having cellulite does not mean you are fat or unhealthy. Most times having cellulite is NOT even your fault based on what you eat or how healthy your lifestyle is. Before resorting to anti cellulite treatment and using anti-cellulite products it is necessary to understand why cellulite is so stubborn. Cellulite is MOSTLY just hereditary. Cellulite is formed when connective tissues beneath the skin that shape the fat become weak and deformed due to poor circulation. Cellulite is caused by little overfilled fat pockets right under your skin. Information on cellulite shows that another reason that women are prone to cellulite is due to the hormonal changes that a woman goes through in her life. In layman's language cellulite is nothing but fat cells being trapped by fibers that have formed a network from constant changes in hormonal levels that cause rapid water gain and rapid water loss in problem areas. Cellulite is mostly developed on the hips, thighs, buttocks and abdomen. While cellulite is fat, it is not actually a symptom of obesity. Cellulite is not just a problem for those who are overweight. Treating cellulite is certainly no easy task. Because cellulite is actually little pockets of fat under your skin, your blood circulation does not easily reach these areas. Cellulite is different from smooth body fat and it does not "burn off" as easily as smooth body fat no matter how much you diet or exercise. Let me be honest and say that there is no such thing as a diet that "cures" cellulite. The connection between and diet is more prominent than you might think. Even the best diet may not completely remove cellulite but it certainly does help. Lack of exercise coupled with inadequate water intake and poor diet can lead to cellulite in the subcutaneous layer. So how do we combat cellulite? 1. Always eat healthy, high protein, low fat, low carb, no refined sugars and lots of water rich vegetables 2. Drink more water, eliminate Soda 3. Exercise 4. Use a proven cellulite treatment like what is discussed at http://EasyDietandHealth.com/cellulitecure You may never be able to completely eliminate cellulite. butyou definitely can treat it To find out how to help treat cellulite and lose weight in a healthy manner please swing by http://EasyDietandHealth.com |
